Lacey Goes Up in Lights! Annual Tree Lighting at Huntamer Park

Get a sneak peek of Santa and join in the caroling at this annual celebration of the holiday season in Lacey on Thursday, December 1st.

When Santa Claus comes to Lacey he rolls in style. Chauffeured in by the Lacey Fire Department in a classic fire engine, the “Santamobile”, Santa will be making a brief cameo at Huntamer Park tomorrow evening for the annual Lighting of the Christmas Trees.

Prior to Santa’s grand entrance, the event kicks off with a Christmas caroling performance by Komachin Middle School’s 100 Voice Choir. There will also be a free craft activity being offered by the Lacey Teen Council and refreshments provided by Sunbreak Baptist Church. Visitors are invited to join in the caroling, leading up to the lighting of the trees in the park.

The weather looks like it will be brisk but dry, so bundle up, grab a hot coffee or cocoa and come check it out!
